We will respond to inquiries within 12 hours, generally with an answer but sometimes to notify you that we received the email and will be getting back within the next 24 hours. If issues require more research, you will be notified and receive regular updates regarding our research.

Note: Test Prep software is incompatible with G3 processor. Phonics & Spelling software requires Power Macintosh or higher.
